Peace in the Frazzle

My darlings,

by the time you read this, there will be but two weeks left of the school term. You are probably up to your eyeballs in carol services, Nativity plays, Christingles and enough wrapping paper to cover Buckingham Palace.

I expect you already have all your church Christmas sorted, and if you haven’t, just type ‘Christmas’ into the search bar and you’ll find resources a-plenty. So I’m going to sign off for a few weeks to concentrate on my new book (a follow up to 40 Days with Labyrinths) and having fun with my girlies while they’re still young enough to want to spend time with their old mum.

I’ll see you in Epiphany.

Have a most blessed time, and I’ll leave you with these verses from today’s readings. They need no embellishment from me.

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.
Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:4-7)

Amen, come Lord Jesus.
